Scott Brody
Scott is an educator and thought leader in the areas of 21st century learning, workforce development and child development.
Scott wears many hats in the camping world! He is the Owner and Director of Camps Kenwood & Evergreen, one of America’s premier residential camp programs, as well as Founder of two successful day camps. Scott served as the National Board Chair of the American Camp Association and continues to represent the camp profession in Washington, DC, both before Congress and in the White House. He served as an Executive Board member of the Partnership for 21st Century Learning and is a current Executive Board Member of the Foundation for Jewish Camp in NY as well as other state and local boards.

Sarah Silverberg
Sarah is passionate about creating supportive and high performing work environments. Since earning a degree in Psychology from Edinburgh University in her native Scotland, Sarah has lived, worked and traveled in five continents and brings experience in the corporate, non-profit and educational sectors. With over 17 years of experience in a range of logistical and management roles, including 15 years involved in the world of summer camps, she believes that fostering a culture where employees are valued and empowered is paramount for the wellbeing of the workforce and the success of any organization. She directed operations for Camps Kenwood & Evergreen, served on ACA’s Project Real Job committee and created e21.

Dr. Daniel Shore
Daniel Shore, PhD, is a researcher and consultant across the gamut of human interaction, from government cybersecurity teams to summer camp staff. He combines his expertise in analytics, teamwork, and strategic engagement to transform data into action. In the camp world, Daniel combines his ten summers of experience spanning staff member, unit supervisor, and director of staff and leadership development with his research expertise to help camps assess and execute on improving the employee experience for staff at a strategic, operational, and tactical level. Daniel is an ardent believer that to have a great camp with happy campers, you need happy counselors, too.
